Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional product packaging design comprised of a clear bottle that has a circular, platform-like disc at its bottom, from which extends a larger, rounded bottom that gradually tapers upwards to a thin neck. The bottle's rounded bottom portion, above the platform-like disc, has multiple protruding/raised lines spaced equidistantly that curve up and to the left and continue around the entire rounded bottom portion of the bottle. Above these lines is the gold, stylized, and vertically stacked wording "BRANSON COGNAC V.S.O.P. COGNAC GRANDE CHAMPAGNE APPELLATION COGNAC CONTRÔLÉE ALC. 40% BY VOL". In turn, above this gold wording is a dodecagon that protrudes slightly from the bottle's surface, just before the neck of the bottle completes its tapering, which has a circular depression within it containing a gold circle, and within that gold circle is a gold, stylized letter "B".
