Mark description

The mark consists of a large rectangle with the words "PHIL VASSAR'S" in block letters centered at the top and the words "STORIES" and "DRINKS" appearing in shadowed letters within smaller rectangles with one side curved around an antique microphone located at the bottom center of the larger rectangle. Inside the larger rectangle appears the word "SONGS" centered in shadowed letters with lines emanating from the letters to give the appearance of depth. The word "SONGS" is located above the words "FROM THE" in smaller, stippled block letters appearing in the center of the larger rectangle and centered between three lines to the two sides of the larger rectangle all of which is located above the word "CELLAR" in large stippled letters centered at the interior bottom of the larger rectangle.
