Mark description

The mark consists of a circular shape inside an outermost ring of blue, a second to outermost ring of orange, and a third to outermost ring of blue, having a background resembling a section of sky and shore at sunset or sunrise, with the upper two-thirds of the background in gradation from orange at top to yellow at the horizon, and the bottom third of the background having just below the horizon a sky blue irregular shape resembling a body of water and below the body of water a blue shape resembling a sloping shore.
