Mark description

The mark consists of an outside circle which is dark blue and across the top are the words "PATRIOT EYE" in white with white a star on each side, around the bottom and rest of the outer circle are the words "GLOBAL SECURITY OPERATIONS & FUSION CENTER" in white, the middle circle is white with the words "INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, CYBER SECURITY" with lines between them all in dark blue, along the bottom of the middle circle are the words "SECURE PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK" in dark blue, the inner circle is light blue with numbers around the outside of the inner circle in increments of ten from 000 to 350 in white with white gridlines on the background, there is a picture of a light blue and dark blue globe in the background of the gridlines, at the top right of the globe is a blue space satellite, just beneath that in the center of the circle are the numbers "911" in white outlined in dark blue, beneath the numbers is a white eagle with an American flag on its midsection and in the right talon are arrows and in the left talon is a plant all outlined in dark blue.
