Mark description

The mark consists of a square box formed by an uninterrupted drawing line which encloses the wording "NEW AMERICAN FINE ART" inside the square. The wording is arranged in three vertically spaced text lines, with the word "NEW" on the top line, the word "AMERICAN" on the middle line, and the words "FINE ART" on the bottom line. The drawing line forming the square box extends vertically downwardly into the interior of the square from a noncentered location on the left hand side of the square's top horizontal line and continues downwardly into the interior of the square to form the letter "N" in the word "NEW". The letter "A" in the word "AMERICAN" is formed by a continuation of the drawing line forming the square box from a noncentered location on a lower portion of the left vertical line portion of the square, which line continuation extends obliquely into the interior of the square and forms the letter "A" in the word "AMERICAN". The letter "F" in the word "FINE" is formed from a drawing line extension extending vertically upwardly into the interior of the square from a noncentered location of the left side portion of the bottom horizontal line of the square, and the letter "T" in the word "ART" is formed by a drawing line extension extending from a noncentered location on the lower portion of the right vertical line forming the square.
