Mark description

The mark consists of a round blue circle with green and pink crescents to the upper left of the circle, a white star shape within the circle to the upper right, along with a line of four fainter colored circles, the first circle of the line of four being white and concentric with the star, the next being light blue and smaller to the lower left of first circle of the line, followed in line by a small pink and small green circle, the first three circles in the line circumscribed by a faint circle. A red circular line passes around just inside the round blue circle from the top of the round blue circle to the bottom of the round blue, and a light blue crescent is adjacent the bottom of the round blue circle. To the right of the round blue circle there is a blue vertical line and to the right of that blue line on an upper row in blue letters are the words "MICHAEL NEWTON" and on a lower row in blue letters is the word "INSTITUTE".
