Mark description

The mark consists of a pocket stitch pattern creating a reversed kite area where the diagonal stitch patterns across the pocket intersect at the bottom of the pocket with a thin cross bar closing the triangle and the words "ROY ROGER'S" in the center of the triangle, with the two initial letter "R's" superimposed over one another and the letters "OGER'S" underneath the letters "OY" all in stylized letters, with a belt forming the letter "R" in "ROY" and umlauts over the letter "Y", and a long thin rectangle running thru the center of the letters "OGER'S". The pocket, the outer stitching around the edges of the pocket, the horizontal single stitching above the top of the pocket, the horizontal single stitching above and below the zipper, the zipper, the zipper pull, the double cross stitching beginning on the upper left side below the zipper and the middle right side below the zipper until they meet, the double stitching extending around the full shape of the pocket except for the reversed kite is not claimed as features of the mark. The solid line forming the reversed kite is claimed as a feature of the mark.
