Mark description

The mark consists of a concentric circle design with a caricature drawing of an Aztec in the middle of the mark with the stylized words "Thirsty Aztec" sitting below the caricature. In the band encircling the design are the words "Margaritas To Go On The River Walk" and "Ice Cold Beer Wine" which are encircled by another band containing the words "Blueberries Pina Colada Lime", "Mango Strawberry Mix'em Up" and "Cheers! AMIKI! ¡Salud!" appearing along with various drawings of fruit, cocktails, a party banner and various miscellaneous small designs throughout. That is all encircled by various designs containing Aztec caricatures, suns, moons, houses and plants. The words "The Legend of The Thirsty Aztec" appear at the top of the mark, the words "Tequilaland" to the right of the outermost circle; the words "The Thirsty Aztec" in the lower left of the outermost circle; and the words "San Antonio" to the left of the outermost circle.
