Mark description

The mark consists of a black square with three small rectangles together at the top of it. The first small rectangle in color red, followed by another one in color yellow and a third one in color red below of which appears the wording "REGISTERED TRADE MARK" in gold stylized letters. Below the wording "REGISTERED TRADE MARK" appears the wording "SPANISH DELIGHT BRAND" in gold stylized letters below of which appears the wording "EXTRA PURE QUALITY SAFFRON" in white stylized letters. Below the word "SAFFRON" appears a red banner like design inside of which appears the wording "SINCE 1860" in white stylized letters. Below the banner like design appears the wording "PRODUCED IN SPAIN" in red stylized letters. At the right side of the black square appears a white and gray vertical rectangle with a black vertical rectangle followed by another vertical gray and white rectangle. Over the three vertical rectangles appears a boy drawing with brown hair, tan skin, gray, black and white shirt and brown and black pants and vest. At the boy side appears a woman drawing with tan skin, black hair, gold hair piece, white shirt and white, yellow, blue, red and black skirt. The woman appears holding a black paella pan with yellow rice inside of it. At the right side of the woman appears a man with tan skin, yellow suit, yellow pants, black belt, white shirt and blue and red vest. The man appears holding a black and brown bag. At the right lower corner appears a partial man drawing with black hair, tan skin and red shirt seated at a table with white table cloth, five yellow spoons, one gray knive, one yellow plate, five red and white tomato like designs and tan a black bread bun and partial bread bun design. The white at the edges of the proposed mark is merely background and not claimed as a feature of the mark.
