Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "AHC", there being a vertical line to the right of the "C" with the top point of the line being slightly higher than the letters, to the right of which line is the word "AMERICAN" over the word "HEALTH" over the word "COMMUNITIES", the stack of these letters being the same height as the line and the first letter of each word being flush with those of the other two words, and with there being a symbol to the left of the "A" in "AHC" comprising three thin, wavy pennants of equal length oriented horizontally and separated by narrow spaces, each pennant narrowing to a point on the left, there being a pennant at the bottom above which is another pennant shifted slightly to the right over which is the third pennant shifted slightly further to the right, the right end of each of the bottom two pennants curving upward to join with the right end of the one above it, and the right end of the top pennant curving slightly upward to a point, such that a thin, empty space is created between the symbol and the left leg of the "A" in "AHC", the space tilting slightly to the right and roughly parallel with the left leg of the "A".
