Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "THE MONEY ZONE, INC". in dark green color in the shape of an "S" with the words beginning at the lower left base of the "S" and ending at the top right of the "S"; one set of 2 parallel vertical rectangular shaded gold colored bars are centered above but not touching the "S"-shaped wording, with two sets of 2 parallel vertical rectangular shaded gold colored bars running through the middle of the "S"-shaped wording but without touching it, with the middle of the "S"-shaped wording dividing the two sets of parallel vertical bars, and a bottom set of 2 parallel vertical rectangular shaded gold colored bars centered below the "S"-shaped wording; the "S"-shaped wording and the sets of parallel vertical rectangular bars create the shape of a stylized dollar symbol; all the aforementioned is positioned within a gold colored oval carrier with white background color, with gold colored scrolling lines on each side of the base of the oval, curving towards the centered gold colored horizontal rectangular base, on which the oval is attached, which contains the words "EST. 2002" in black.
