BOWL BUDDY

Mark description

The mark consists of a vertically-positioned rectangle having a slightly-curved upper left corner and a much greater curved upper right corner relative to the upper left corner. The bottom corners of said rectangle flair outward at 45° angles creating a flat conical bottom. Two equal sized circles, one positioned directly above the other, are situated within most of the interior space of said rectangle and a much smaller circle, relative to the other circles of said rectangle, is located in the upper left corner above and to the left of the top circle. Directly to the right of said rectangle, are situated the words "BOWL" and "BUDDY" both words in the same stylized font and equal in size. The word "BOWL" is situated directly above the word "BUDDY". The words "BOWL" and "BUDDY" extend from the top edge of the vertical rectangle to the start of the conical portion of said rectangle. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
