Mark description

The mark consists of rectangle with the word "FREAKSHOW" in red lettering and outlined in gold with gold dots, in large stylized letters arched across the top of an ornate gold, orange, and red frame with a gold and red shell at the top. To the top left and right of the frame are green and gold background sections. The frame is on top of an ocean display tank containing a mermaid, fish and ocean plants. The mermaid sits in the middle of the tank looking over her right should and displays tan skin, black eyes, red lips, orange and black hair and a green, blue and black fin. The fish display the colors yellow, black, white and orange. The plants display the colors green and black. Two yellow lines appear in the middle of the tank representing a cage and on top of the lines appears a white and red banner with the teal stylized wording "A MICHAEL DAVID JOINT" to the left and "CHARDONNAY" and "LODI" in the center and "GODDESS OF THE SEA" to the right. To the far right appears a stylized woman with tan skin, a white feather headdress, black hair, eyes and lips, and a green dress. In the same area is a stylized man with tan skin, black hair and a black and white tuxedo, positioned above a stylized ape with brown and tan face and wearing a black, white and red suit. To the left of the ape is a white and black banner with illegible black writing on it. On the far left of the mark are blurred stylized people displaying the colors tan, white, black and yellow, and features a yellow and black seahorse. At the bottom of the mark is the remainder of the ornate frame in gold, yellow, and red with teal and gold rectangular sections to the far left and far right. The mark is set against a yellow and brown background at the top and bottom of the mark.
