The mark consists of the literal element "GIDDINGS" forming a semi-circle line going up, in navy blue color. Under the literal element is a square with the two upper ends flat. Inside the square, a pyramid is observed in the upper side, and inside of it, another inverted pyramid is showed in smaller size. Above the square a semicircle is observed in horizontal position. On both sides of the square there is a diagonal line going down, separated in two different spaces. Below the square two pyramids are observed, one in normal position and just below another inverted, separated by three horizontal lines. The gold color is all around the design going from light to darker from up to down. The white in the mark represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
