Mark description

The mark consists of a package design containing an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion includes the literal element "FIRST RESPONSE" in black lettering with gray shadowing behind the letters, which is presented inside of a stylized, white, oval-shaped figure that is outlined with a pink curved line at the bottom, and a dotted line on the top that is comprised of pink dots. To the left of the literal element is a graphic element comprised of a pink, stylized numeral "1" that contains a silhouette of a woman, with a narrow band of gray outlining the back of the silhouette. The silhouette of the woman is primarily white, with pink shading at the lower leg and feet. There is a white haze surrounding the numeral "1" and the oval-shaped figure, and the graphic elements are presented on a pink background in a rectangular-shaped figure at the upper portion of the mark. The lower portion of the mark includes a pink, rectangular-shaped figure. At the top of this rectangular-shaped figure is a thin black curved line positioned beneath a wider, curved gray band. The dashed lines show placement on the package, and the color white as it appears between the upper portion and lower portion in the dashed lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
