Mark description

The mark consists of a blue torch outlined in black that contains the roman numerals "XIII" in pink outlined in black on the torch with yellow and red flames outlined in black coming out of the top of the torch. Directly to the right of the torch is a pink scroll outlined in black with a white dove outlined in black with outsretched wings over which are the non English words "PEACE" and "HARMONY" in lowercase black Greek letters and the year "1943" in black on the tail of the dove. Directly below the dove appears the lowercase Greek letters for "GAMMA PHI DELTA" in black and a yellow scale of justice outlined in black. The capital Greek letters "GAMMA PHI DELTA" in blue outlined in black appear at the bottom of the pink scroll. All other instances of white represent background or transparent areas and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
