Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "TPH" are next to each other in a circle. The "T" is the largest letter containing bronze/gold, silver and white. The "P" is next to the "T" and is smaller. It contains bronze/gold, silver, white, and black. On the "P" are clock hands. The smaller hand points to approximately the 10:00 positions and overlaps over the "T". The larger hand points to approximately the 2:00 position and goes through the loop in the letter "P". The clock hands contain bronze/gold, silver, white, and black. The letter "H" is next to the letter "P" and is approximately the same size as the letter "P". The left side of the "H" comes through the loop in the letter "P" and is behind the large clock hand though the top of the letter "H" overlaps the top of the letter "P". The letter "H" contains bronze/gold, silver, white, and black. These letters/clock hands are in a circle and that circle contains bronze/gold, white, black, and silver. Below the circle are the words "Timewise Publishing House LLC". The "T", "P", "H", in "Timewise Publishing House LLC" are white, the other letters are bronze/gold. The circle contains silver at the top , slightly to the top left, and to the bottom right area with hints of white. The inner ring of the circle is silver with black around the top, left, bottom, and white edges. White is mixed in in the upper left, lower right, and lower left. The letter "T" in the circle contains silver along the stem and top of the letter with the left top, right top, and center containing bronze/gold and white about 2/3 the way along the top. The letter "P" is bronze/gold on the left side and far loop with silver and white on the top section and white and silver on the bottom section. The clock hands are bronze/gold with the center line being black and hints of white. The letter "H" is bronze/gold on both legs with silver and white in the middle of the letter and black of the outer edges of the legs. The black background is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The inside of the clock face is transparent.
