Mark description

The mark consists of a smiling woman carrying on her right hand a silver tray with a slice of red cherry pie with a tan crust and half a glass of red wine in a light blue and white glass, all pictured inside of a large silver pie pan with a yellow orange bottom, and the words "THE PIE LADY" in gold above.
