Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "GenieChef" with a genie to the left of the text. The genie has a face with two vertically oval shaped eyes, two round dark pupils at the bottom of the eyes, two eye brows, a nose, mustache curled at the tips, an open mouth with teeth on the bottom and top of the mouth, a bottom lip, a right ear with hoop earring, and a beard originating under the chef hat, extending down across the chin. The genie is dressed as a chef wearing a chef hat, a chef coat with open sleeves that extend to the middle of the genie's arms, a bow tie with pointed ends, an apron, an "S" shaped tail that rises out of a round frying pan with a handle on the right of the frying pan, a spoon coming out of the chef's left hand with the spoon above and to the right of the right elbow and from crossed arms with three fingers shown from the middle knuckles to the ends of the fingers, each finger with a fingernail, and the fingers shown crossing the right arm between the elbow and the end of the right chef coat sleeve.
