Mark description

The mark consists of three identical yellow rimmed circles with the text "$5" inside each circle with a white background. The text "$5" is presented as solid blue. The circles are arranged in an inverted triangular fashion with two circles on top and one circle in the bottom. In the center of the inverted triangle is the "FOP" star comprising a blue star with five points and yellow tips at the end of the points with the upper three points containing the letters "FOP" in yellow and the lower two points containing a blue eye in a white oval background, and the design of shaking hands in yellow. In the center of the star is a white circle that contains a yellow shield with a yellow castle with blue windows and door at the top. The yellow shield is outlined with white curved lines outlined in blue. A horizontal band with a blue and yellow checkerboard pattern appears across the shield and there are three yellow circles outlined in blue. Above the shield within the white circle are the terms, "JUS", "FIDUS" and "LIBERTATUM" in blue.
