Mark description
The mark includes a female Kirin (or Qilin) on the left and a male Kirin on the right of a shield. The female Kirin is identified with smaller antlers. The male Kirin is identified with larger antlers. Both Kirins are positioned facing each other. Each Kirin is standing on their hind legs with the fore limbs on the shield. The Kirin are mythical east Asian animals with the body of a deer and head of a dragon. The bodies are covered in scales. Each of the Kirin stands on cloud. Within each cloud is a traditional Chinese fan. The shield includes 4 items displayed in 4 quadrants on the face of the shield, including a traditional Chinese scroll in the top left corner quadrant, a Chinese chess piece in the top right corner quadrant, a traditional Chinese string instrument in the bottom left quadrant, and a traditional Chinese book in the bottom right quadrant. The Chinese chess piece includes a Chinese character which is pronounced shuai and can be translated as commander in chief. On top of the shield is a centerpiece, which includes a gourd at the center and two cow horns, each on one side of the gourd. Banana leaves surround the centerpiece. The Kirins, shield and other elements are set on top of a ribbon with the word "Cubed3" written in the middle. "Cubed3" is the name of the company applying for the mark.
