GREEN MARK VODKA

Mark description

The mark consists of the configuration of a bottle with a shape with straight sides leading into sloping shoulders that are slightly wider than the base of the bottle, with a cylindrical neck with a gold colored cap, a green neck band below the cap with yellow and white interior bands at the top and bottom, a fourteen-sided concentric polygon emblem positioned about halfway between the top and bottom of the bottle with the emblem with a thin green border on the outermost edge, then a thin yellow border, a thick green border, a thin yellow border and a burgundy center with a yellow bottle centered therein. The words "GREEN MARK" appear in white in the thick green border, and a green banner outlined in yellow with the word "VODKA" in yellow therein stretches across the midpoint of the emblem, and below the emblem appears a green rectangle with a thin green exterior border, a thin yellow interior border, and a center in green. The shape of the bottle and cap are depicted in broken lines. The use of white in the mark, except for the wording "GREEN MARK", is to depict background areas only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
