Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "RIVER BIEN" and design; the design consists of a dark square with round corners; there are numerous radiating dots across the entire background surface of the design which represent stars; a dense concentration of smaller dots form a thin wavy river of stars which runs from the lower left corner of the design to the upper right corner of the design; the word "RIVER" appears above the wavy river of stars and the word "BIEN" appears below the wavy river of stars; a cluster of three swirls breaks off of and appears below the wavy river near the lower left corner of the design and to the left of the term "BIEN"; a cluster of three swirls breaks off of and appears below the wavy river near the upper right corner of the design and above the letters "E" and "N" in the term "BIEN"; the dot above the letter "I" in the term "BIEN" is comprised of a larger solid circle with shading around the circle and a tail coming off the top of the circle; the dot above the letter "I" in the term "RIVER" is comprised of a slash; and the edges of the lettering in the wording "RIVER BIEN" is fatigued.
