Mark description

The mark consists of the large, white wording "VEGANO ENERGY", positioned above and partially in front of a design of up surging liquid, which resembles a geyser and appears in the intermingled colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Above the white "VEGANO ENERGY" wording, a design of two concentric circles appears, with the outer circle being a thin, gold, circular band, which is separated from the inner circle by a thin, black, circular line. The inner circle has a thin gold, circular band around its entire outer edge. Also, the top portion of the inner circle has a black semicircle, inside of which appear two, stylized, gold and black leaves extending from a gold stem. The remainder of this inner circle, the bottom portion, consists of gold space divided by black, vertical lines, resembling a planked floor. Also, in the upper right portion of the mark drawing is another, smaller, white and black design of two concentric circles. This smaller concentric circles design has a slightly mottled black and white outer ring, the widest portion of which is colored black and has the white, arced wording "100% ORGANIC" in its top portion, and the white, arced wording "NATURAL PRODUCT" in its bottom portion, with two, small, white, five-pointed stars separating these two phrases. The interior of this smaller concentric circles design is white, on which appears a design of two, stylized, black and white leaves on a black stem. All of the aforementioned literal and design elements also appear on a black background.
