R ROYS RISE

Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "ROYS RISE R" and design featuring a circle with the letter "R" in the middle above the wording "ROYS RISE". The right leg of each "R" is at an incline, while the straight line in the letter "R" is absent. Above the name "ROYS RISE" is a circular image, consisting of an indentation in the shape of an "R" within the circle. The indentation, while viewing from the top of the circle begins at the upper left side, moves forward to the right, then makes a U-turn and moves into a right angle going down, ultimately ending in the center of the circle forming the letter "R" without the straight line in the letter. Within the R shaped indentation there are two thin lines running parallel to each other along the inside edge. Starting from the top view of the R shaped indentation, the thin line begins with a pointed tip and gets slightly bigger as it runs along the top of the indentation, looping to the right as it comes to an end at the bottom of the circle. The second thin line that runs parallel to the above, begins with an upward loop from the left center of the circle and returning to follow along the edge of the indentation, ending with a sharp pointed tip at the bottom of the R shaped image.
