Mark description

The mark consists of a design featuring a set of two concentric circles with the outermost being red and the inner circle being blue. The red wording "KITCHEN COMPANIONS, LLC" is above a red, white and black chef's hat over an "X" formed by a blue and white knife and a blue and white whisk. There is another set of concentric circles below the knife and whisk in black. The outermost of these circles contains the black term "ORIGINAL" at the top with a five-pointed black star on either side of the word, and the black wording "MADE IN THE USA, also with five-pointed stars on the left side of the word MADE and on the right side of the term USA, respectively. The innermost circle contains a background simulating an American flag, with white stars on a blue background in the upper part of the circle and red and white horizontal stripes at the bottom part of the circle. The background of the mark outside of the concentric circles is negative space that will appear in the color of the surface upon which it is placed. At the bottom of the mark, outside the circles, the red wording "CONCEIVED DESIGNED PRODUCED IN THE U.S.A". is on two lines with black and red stars between the terms "CONCEIVED" and "DESIGNED" and between "DESIGNED" and "PRODUCED".
