The mark consists of the stylized word "THE" in black above the stylized wording "DIAPER CAKERY" in red, yellow, orange, purple, and white areas above the stylized wording ".COM" in black. The aforementioned wording overlays a brown blotched and stained background area. Above all the foregoing is a stylized cake on a stylized base plate in silver and blue that has black detailing lines and white areas indicative of reflection. The cake is comprised of two tiers of white diapers that have gray shading. Each tier of diapers is tied together with a pink ribbon that has white dots, which is holding a stylized arrangement of flowers. A cake topper is on top of the cake which is also comprised of flowers. The cake topper and the flowers arrangements are comprised of flowers with pink and yellow petals, green centers and stems, and white and green detailing areas. All other uses of white in the drawing represent background and/or transparent areas and are not features of the mark.
