Mark description

The mark consists of the design of a label, comprised of a circular seal at the top consisting of two concentric circles with a repeating triangular geometric pattern around the circumference of the seal, the letter "L" at the center, and the words "LAWER" above and "ESTATES" below separated by two dots on either side; below the seal is the stylized wording "LAWER" which is outlined to give the effect of depth, which appears on top of the stylized wording "ESTATES"; below which is a garland formed by intertwined grape vines that form a flower in the center; at the bottom is an image showing, in the center, a vineyard surrounded by fir trees and above the image is the stylized wording "LAWER" and on the bottom of the vineyard image is the stylized wording "ESTATES"; on both sides of this central vineyard image are identical circular seals enclosing grape vines, the entire lower image is presented to evoke a bearer's bond; and vertically along the upper left-hand side, above the left grape vine seal, is the word "LAWER" with the letters being fashioned by individual small dots as though punched from the label, and above that, also appearing vertically, is the stylized wording "ESTATE VINEYARD".
