Mark description

The mark consists of a product label design with the following wording, from top to bottom: the stylized brand name "ÅHUS AKVAVIT", appearing above the wording, in smaller lettering, "CARAWAY, FENNEL, ROSEMARY, LEMON & SEVILLE ORANGE PEELS", in turn appearing above the wording, in smaller lettering, "A NEW INTERPRETATION OF OVER A CENTURY OF LOCALLY HONED TRADITIONS FROM OUR DISTILLERY IN ÅHUS, BUILT IN 1906", which appears above the wording "SWEDISH AQUAVIT", all of which, in turn, appears above the wording, in larger letters, "ÅHUS DISTILLERY SINCE 1906", all such wording appearing in black lettering and in different stylized fonts.
