Mark description

The mark consists of a representation of a map of the continental United States in blue, light blue and dark blue. A partial silhouette of man in red overlays a portion of the map with the man holding a torch that fades from red to blue. Four wavy lines having a red outline extend from the man across a lower portion of the map. Stars extend from approximatly the man's head around a portion of the map, the stars having color that starts a very light blue and converts to blue, then change to red and convert to a very light red.
