Mark description

The mark consists of a design on the canopy fascia of a service station, comprising a parallelogram in shades of red and grey with curved right and left sides centrally overlaying a grey shaded rectangle that is outlined in black. A parallelogram in shades of grey and black with curved right and left sides abuts the left side of the red parallelogram. A curving line in shades of white and grey is located to the left of the grey parallelogram. A second grey shaded rectangle outlined in black is located immediately above, and extends slightly beyond, the first grey rectangle. The right portions of the grey rectangles are partially overlaid by a design, entirely outlined in red, comprising the white stylized wording "CONOCO" overlaying a red oval outlined in white, which overlays a red shaded triangle that is centered within a white shaded triangle. All other instances of white in the drawing represent background and/or transparent areas and are not a part of the mark. Matter depicted in broken lines serves to show positioning of the mark and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
