Mark description

The mark consists of designs on the upper valence and lower panel portions of a gasoline pump. The upper valence design comprises a white shaded rectangle with a red vertical stripe along its left and right sides, and two grey curving lines overlaying the rectangle's bottom portion. The upper portion of the rectangle is partially overlaid by a design, entirely outlined in red, comprising the white stylized wording "CONOCO" centrally overlaying a red shaded oval outlined in white, which overlays a red shaded triangle that is centered within a white shaded triangle. The lower panel design comprises the white stylized wording "CONOCO" overlaying a red shaded oval outlined in white, which overlays a red shaded triangle outlined in shades of grey and white and partially overlaid with a black diagonal line, all centrally overlaying a red shaded rectangle that is overlaid with a black diagonal line. All other instances of white in the drawing represent background and/or transparent areas and are not a part of the mark. Matter depicted in broken lines serves to show positioning of the mark and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
