Mark description

The mark consists of a single circle and within that circle are contained other marks including the words "OVEN BAKED PANCAKE co." along with the following mark details. All words are in stylized font type. All letters in the words "OVEN BAKED PANCAKE co." and other described marks within the circle are at a 10.23 degree slant upwards from left to right. The words "OVEN BAKED" and the word "PANCAKE" are all capitalized. The words "OVEN BAKED" appear in a smaller font type than the word "PANCAKE". The words "OVEN BAKED" are positioned directly above the word "PANCAKE" with the letter "O" being directly above the letter "P" in the word "PANCAKE" and the letter "D" being directly above the letter "E" in the word "PANCAKE". In the words "OVEN BAKED" a flag-pole extends from the letter "K" on the letter "K"s left side. The top of the flagpole extends to the top right perimeter edge of the overall circle. The flag which is on the pole is positioned halfway up the pole. The flag appears as a ribbon flourish and the flag ribbon flourish extends outward to the left of the pole with a slight break and wave on the center of the flag ribbon flourish. The flag ribbon flourish ends on its left just above the "V" in the words "OVEN BAKED" that are just below it. The flag ribbon flourish has a horizontal triangular cut at the far left side of the flourish. The horizontal cut on the flag ribbon flourishes left end triangular cut is positioned with the point of that cut faced to the right or inward. The word "PANCAKE" which is positioned just below the words "OVEN BAKED" is in a larger font size than the words "OVEN BAKED" and the word "PANCAKE" stretches the same length as the overall words "OVEN BAKED" with the "P" in "PANCAKE" being directly below the "O" in "OVEN BAKED" and the "E" in "PANCAKE" being directly below the "D" in "OVEN BAKED". The left side of the letter "P" in "PANCAKE" extends to the edge of the marks circle in the lower left perimeter. On center and just below the word "PANCAKE" are the letters co with a period appearing just to the right of the letters co and the letters co are not capitalized and in a smaller font size than the word "PANCAKE". The letters "co" and a period appear on center and under the letters "NCA" in the word "PANCAKE". At the bottom and top portions of the overall marks circle and just above and below the words "OVEN BAKED PANCAKE co" with period, and on 10.23 degree tilt, do appear curved lines which are partial circular bands. These curved lines, circular bands do not connect to any letters and do not connect to each other and are partially set back from the edge of the overall marks circle perimeter. These curved lines, circular bands are adjusted and slightly offset for the 10.23 degree tilt of the words "OVEN BAKED PANCAKE co" with period, flag pole and flag ribbon flourish that appears within the circle. The lower curved line, circular band ends on its left side just under the "A" in the marks word "PANCAKE" and on the right just under the "E" in the marks word "PANCAKE". The upper curved line, circular band ends on its left side just above the "O" in the marks words "OVEN BAKED" and on its right just before the flag pole in the letter "K" that is part of the mark within the words "OVEN BAKED".
