Mark description

The mark consists of a two dimensional bottle design with a copper colored cap at the top of the bottle that has the engraved words "ABSOLUT ELYX". The neck of the bottle is wrapped in a copper band that has the wording "SINGLE ESTATE & COPPER CRAFTED FOR TRUE LUXURY VODKA" in black. The words "FOR TRUE LUXURY" are stylized and underlined with the exception of the "Y" in "LUXURY". The word "VODKA" is flanked by two black dots. The exterior of the bottle has a maze-like pattern that consists of raised narrow vertical clear shapes that surround the bottle, except for the front central area, the shoulders of the bottle and the neck and cap of the bottle. The front central area of the bottle has a white label that has a white and copper border and the interior has straight vertical and horizontal grey lines that create an interior border. At the top of the label is the word "ABSOLUT" and below that is the word "ELYX", which are both in copper and black lettering. In-between the two words are the words "country of Sweden" in stylized copper lettering. Below that, in the middle of the label, are two copper flourish scrolls facing each other with a copper dot centered above and in-between the scrolls. In-between the two scrolls are the words "SINGLE ESTATE COPPER CRAFTED VODKA" in copper lettering. Below the scrolls are the words "PRODUCED & BOTTLED IN ÅHUS, SWEDEN" in copper lettering. Below the white label is a horizontal rectangular label in copper that has the word "IMPORTED" in black that is flanked by two embossed copper horizontal lines. Below that are the words "WITH LOVE FROM ABSOLUT ELYX XXX" in black lettering. At the bottom left side and right side of the rectangular label are two more short embossed copper horizontal lines.
