Mark description

The mark consists of the words "NOBLE FUNK" in upper case letters with "FUNK" depicted in a darker and bolder font below the word "NOBLE" and framed by a banner-like curved quadrilateral, depicted on top of another wider curved quadrilateral. Below the words 'NOBLE FUNK" are the words "BREWING CO" depicted in smaller font and centered in a rectangular design below the word "FUNK". The word "CO" in "BREWING CO" is underlined. An open crown is depicted above the letters "OB" in "NOBLE" in the middle of the top portion of the center quadrilateral. There is an additional thinner quadrilateral depicted behind the crown parallel to the center quadrilateral which shares its bottom border with the top border of the center quadrilateral. The entire border of the quadrilateral design is speckled with white stippling throughout the black border, but color is not a feature of the mark and the white in the rectangular design merely represents background.
