Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising: a base face with the word "BOURBON" embossed in the center, front and back concave curved sides, and right and left convex curved sides; a front face beginning along, and with the same lateral concavity as, the front side of the base, slanting upwardly and inwardly toward the neck, with identical right and left sides emanating upwardly and outwardly from the base and then, halfway up the face, emanating inwardly and upwardly in a series of three steps and a concave curved side, terminating at a point at the center top of the face; identical right and left faces, each beginning along, and with the same convexity as, the right and left sides of the base, respectively, emanating upwardly and outwardly from the base and then, halfway up each face, emanating inwardly and upwardly in a series of three steps, terminating at the convex curved top side of each face; a back face identical to the front face except with the capital letter "I" debossed in the top center of the face; and a top face beginning at the top side of the right and left faces, and the top point of the front and back faces, and emanating upwardly and inwardly toward the cylindrical neck with a cylindrical mouth.
