Mark description

The mark consists of a product packaging trade dress comprised of quadrilateral-like shape consisting of text and graphics. At the top of the quadrilateral are the following lines of text from top to bottom "CERTIFIED FAIR TRADE", "DR. BRONNER'S", "ORGANIC VIRGIN", "COCONUT OIL". Each of the foregoing appear in all in capital letters and in a stylized block font with the size of the letters increasing in size in each line moving downward. The first line, "CERTIFIED FAIR TRADE" is arranged in a slight arch. Underneath the line with largest text, "COCONUT OIL", is the text "WHOLE KERNEL RICH & NUTTIER FLAVOR" which is in smaller text and also in a stylized block font. There is a small square between the words "KERNEL" and "RICH". Beneath this line is a graphic of an open coconut with coconut leaves followed by the text "FRESH-PRESSED & UNREFINED USE FOR MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT COOKING". There is a small square between the words "UNREFINED" and "USE". Below the words "FRESH-PRESSED & UNREFINED USE FOR MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT COOKING" is a design element consisting of a graphic of a globe with arms around it and the text "DR. BRONNER'S" above "ALL-ONE!" above "MAGIC FOODS". Next to that wording is the wording "IN ALL WE DO, LET US BE generous, fair & loving to Spaceship Earth and all its inhabitants. To the right of this, in the lower right side of the label is a dotted circle, which is not part of the mark and serves only to show the relative position of the mark.
