Mark description

The mark consists of a large orange hexagon, with the white letters "A" and "U" centered in the orange hexagon and the horizontal member of the "A" is replaced by a light blue checkmark, the checkmark having the greatest width at the junction of the two arms of the checkmark and each arm tapering to a point, placed so that the inflection point of the check mark is centered vertically on the center line of the "A" character, with the left hand portion of the checkmark pointing upward to the left at approximately 45 degrees from the vertical and terminating just outside the left edge of the "A" character, and the right hand portion of the checkmark pointing upward to the right, extending approximately twice the length of the left arm of the checkmark to terminate on the inner left edge of the "U" character, located to the right of the orange hexagon is the word "AUDIT" written in orange and adjacent right without spacing is the word "UTOPIA" in grey.
