Mark description

The mark consists of ten chairs, aligned together in a row moving left to right, and which are drawn facing the following directions moving from left to right as viewed when looking at the mark: side view with chair facing to the left; facing the viewer straight on; side view with chair facing to the right; side view with chair facing to the left, but with the chair turned upside down as if stacked on the previous chair, but not touching the previous chair; facing the viewer straight on, but turned upside down; side view with chair facing to the right, but with the chair turned upside down at if stacked on the chair to its right, but not touching that chair; side view with chair facing to the left; facing the viewer straight on; side view with chair facing to the left; facing the viewer straight on. The chairs are all of the same size and chair design; each chair features a back formed by an outside and inside hoop, which connects to the seat of the chair, and each chair has supports on the legs of the chair. Below the chairs, is the wording "B SEATED" in bold letters and in a stylized font. "B Seated" is aligned with the ten chairs to begin vertically aligned with the legs of the first chair on the left and to end vertically aligned with the legs of the last chair on the right.
