Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging, shown from the front and the side. As shown in the depiction of the front of the packaging on the left side of the drawing, the top of the left side of the packaging is the large stylized word "SPIDER" above the large stylized word "TRAPS" above the stylized words in smaller font "CAPTURE SPIDERS, ESCAPE NOTICE", all in black and pointing upside-down and to the right. Beginning at a point below the mid-point of the packaging and extending to the right edge of the mark is an irregular green arch that rises and then falls to end slightly above the mid-point of the mark at the far right edge of mark. Above the green arch is a gray field with diagonal gray and white lines and squares. Above the green arch is the stylized wording "SPIDER" above the wording "TRAPS" above the smaller stylized wording "CAPTURE SPIDERS, ESCAPE NOTICE", all in black. Above the words is a stylized image of a brown and black spider. To the right of the words on the right side of the packaging are six square images of actual spiders in three rows of two images each, with the top row overlapping the green arch, while the bottom four square images are on top of the yellow background with white dots that sits below the green arch. The top-left spider image depicts a black spider on a white background, with a black rectangle underneath the square containing the white stylized wording, "BLACK WIDOW". The top-right spider image depicts a brown spider on a white background, with a black rectangle underneath the square containing the white stylized wording, "JUMPING SPIDERS". The middle-left spider image depicts a brown spider on a white background, with a black rectangle underneath the square containing the white stylized wording, "BROWN RECLUSE". The middle-right spider image depicts a gray and brown spider on a white background, with a black rectangle underneath the square containing the white stylized wording, "SAC SPIDERS". The bottom-left spider image depicts a brown spider on a white background, with a black rectangle underneath the square containing the white stylized wording "HOBO SPIDER".
