Mark description

The mark consists of the word "Faremart.com" in block letters with the letters leaning slightly to the right. The letters comprising the "Fare" are in blue and the letters comprising "mart.com" are in orange. The letter "F" is capitalized. All other letters are lower case. After the "t" there are 3 orange dashes, one on top of the other. The one on top is the longest and thickest. The second dash is shorter and thinner than the first. The third dash is shorter than the second but thicker than the second dash. The ".com" of the mark starts underneath the "r" in "mart" and ends under the "t". Over the blue capital "F" there is a rounded 2-humped orange image that resembles a lower case "m", but the left side of the lower case "m" figure is shorter than the right side. The end of the "m" shaped image is over the blue lower case "a" in the word "Fare". The line resembling the middle of the lower case "m" shape is closest to the blue capital "F". In the attached specimen, the letters appear on a gray background. However, the background color does not constitute a part of the mark.
