Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging, shown from the front and the side. Beginning halfway up the left side of the front of the packaging and extending to the right edge of the mark is an irregular green arch. Above the green arch is a gray field with diagonal lines and an irregular square pattern. Above the green arch are the words in black "CAPTURE THE QUEEN EMPTY THE NEST" which wrap from the front side to the immediate right side of the front of the packaging. To the left of words in black on the left-front side of the packaging is a circle containing a light green, green and yellow pixilated pattern. Under the green arch, over a yellow background with white dots extending to the right edge of the mark, on the on the center and right side of the front of the packaging, is a large, partial image of the trapping device with a yellow top and a light green, green, gray and yellow pixilated pattern. To the left of the trap are seven white boxes. To the top-right of the trap is a white square. On the side view of the packaging depicted in the right portion of the drawing, near the bottom, are two rectangular images showing the trap hanging in outdoor settings. The left trap hangs over gray pavement in front of a white van with black windows and red lights, with two black and gray people standing to the left and yellow, orange and red trees and green grass in the background. The right trap hangs outdoors before a brown fence, with green grass and gray pavement in the near foreground and yellow, orange, red and brown trees in the far background. The dotted outlines depicting the shape of the box are not claimed as a feature of the mark and are shown only to indicate placement of the claimed portion of the mark on the three-dimensional packaging.
