Mark description

The mark consists of a white banner bordered in black with grey drop shadowing, containing the word "CINDY'S" in red above the word "SNOWCREAMERY" in blue letters with yellow borders and white snowcaps on each letter, the banner being superimposed on a blue hollow circle with black interior and exterior borders and yellow, red, and blue snowflakes superimposed on the circle, with a white cup outlined in black with grey shadowing in the center of the circle containing a red, yellow, and blue ball outlined in black with a white handle outlined in black embedded in the left side of the ball and the ball having a face with a black mouth, red tongue, green, white, and black eyes, and black eyebrows, and a white pitcher outlined in black pouring a white and grey liquid partially outlined in black onto the head of the ball. The ball also has polygon designs outlined in white. The remaining white merely represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
