Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "BAD" in orange with a black star in the center of the "A" against a black background; appearing below the word "BAD" is the word "COMPANY" in orange with a black star in the center of the "A" against a black background. An eye ball wearing a white and black top hat with a white and black tail appears over the letters "A" and "N" in word "COMPANY"; the eye ball is white with a grey and black pupil and black and white retina, with gray veins and grey, black and white wings; appearing behind the top hat are four playing cards, the Ace of Clubs, Ace of Hearts, Ace of Diamonds and Ace of Spades the last of which only shows a tip, each in black and white. There is a black dot to the left of the cards.
