Mark description

The mark consists of rectangle with the word "FRESHIE" in stylized form placed diagonally across the upper left hand corner, the word "BRAND" is in capital block letters and is placed diagonally under the letters "IE", in the rest of the rectangle is a stylized figure comprised of vegetables with the head being a tomato with eyebrows, eyes, nose and smiling mouth in the upper right corner, the body composed of a celery bunch placed diagonally in the middle of the rectangle, the stalks are the body and the leaves are a skirt, attached to the celery stalks and acting as arms are two slightly open pea pods with the stems at the ends as hands, attached at the bottom of the celery skirt are two carrots, acting as legs placed pointing slightly downward and to the right position.
