Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods that features two metallic design vertical bar shapes that frame a window which displays the goods on a glitter patterned background. The lower rim of the window framing the glitter patterned background forms a slight wave shape. Two metallic design geometric shapes are displayed in the upper right corner of the packaging with the smaller metallic design geometric shape placed on top of the larger metallic design geometric shape. The stylized wording "3D" is outlined in metallic design, and positioned near the lower right side of the larger metallic design geometric shape. The broken lines indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark. The gray shading, stippling, and reflective highlights in the mark are used to indicate metallic sheen as part of the metallic design and/or glitter texture in the mark.
