Mark description

The mark consists of the text "Ear Bud-ee" encompassed in a pseudo-rectangle form comprising two parts: (1) simple line graphics representing earbuds located beneath the first and last "e" having cords running laterally toward each other that meet and turn upward under the centrally-located "u", obscured by the "u" itself, and emerge as a single cord above the right branch of the "u" before turning right and extending toward the upper right corner and then descending down the right side and beyond the last "e" and transitioning into a representation of an audio plug extending from the middle of the last "e" to beyond the lateral end of the right earbud; and (2) simple line graphics representing a zipper comprising a downward pointing slider in the lower left corner but laterally above the left earbud and laterally to the left of the lower portion of the first "e" where it becomes an interdigitated zipper extending upward to the upper left corner and becoming a thin line extending right to the center before again becoming an interdigitated zipper turning downward and terminating just above the left branch of the "u".
