The mark consists of an anchor that incorporates a trident as the lower crown, arm and fluke with a center prong that travels through the literal numeral "3". The center prong of the trident travels in a line to resemble an anchor shank with a pointed arrow like tip that ends just below the center of the literal numeral "3". The trident has upper curves where it meets in the center. The anchor upper stock is completely flat on the upper side and has left and right ends that protrude and angle down at the same angle as the top of the literal numeral "3". The literal numeral "3" has varying widths though out the "3".
