Mark description

The mark consists of an image of two pets inside a circular seal. The image of a medicinal cross is shown at the top of the seal, a banner at the bottom of the seal, and three identical stars shown inside and at the bottom of the seal. The seal is shown in a brown color with a circular undulated rim which is then outlined in a tan color. The medicinal cross is shown in a brown color placed on top of a white circle with a tan rim. The two pets include one dog and one cat showing the dog and cat holding their paws against each other together suspended upward. The dog and the cat are each shown in an ombre' of yellow color with an orange to tan to green gradient, the dog and cat image are outlined in the color white. The banner is shown in the color white, having a fold on each end of the banner where the fold is tan with a brown back. Each of the ends of the banner has a triangle cut out. The three identical stars are white. The stylized text "MEDI PETPAL" is written in the color brown within the center of the white banner. All other instances of the color white represent background or transparent area only and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
