Mark description

The mark consists of a circle evenly shaded from its upper- left portion to its lower-right portion in following sequence of colors: blue, purple, red, orange, and yellow. Eight evenly spaced, translucent purple light rays overlay circle, each extending from the circle's center and becoming fainter as they approach its perimeter. A three-by-three grid of non- contiguous squares overlays the circle and the light rays. The top row of squares are white and are centrally overlaid with the stylized black letters "W", "O", and "R", respectively. The center row of squares are, from left to right, white, black, and black, and are overlaid with the stylized black letter "D", the stylized white letter "B", and the stylized white letter "L", respectively. The bottom row of squares are black and are centrally overlaid with the stylized white letters "I", "T", and "Z", respectively. Each of the black squares in the grid has a narrow border evenly shaded in the following sequence of colors, beginning in the upper-left corner and progressing clockwise: blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, orange, red, and purple.
